4 stars class hotel, clean and pretty wide room, great city view, good breakfast, check in and check out fast, wide hall, mini bus to downtown definitely a nice useful service, kind hotel staff.

It was clean , smart , modern - just a little far out but would stay there again . Hotel free shuttle to tram was great

Perfect for business trip visit and booking. Environment is silent and peaceful. Shuttle service availability to center from hotel. Facility should upgrade the room access system ( Key) and lift for easy access. Still room access key system with old access operations.

This hotel is well situated from the airport which was were I was headed the next morning. The staff is very professional and accommodating. The room was comfortable and the breakfast and bar was great and convenient. In addition, this hotel is spotless clean which is always a plus for me. One last thing that I really liked was that there was a shuttle bus that would take you the city center for only 1.5 euros per person each way. What a bonus that was!

The room was very nice, clean. Had interesting stuff like shower glass wall. Beds were comfortable. Shuttle to the city was really useful. But it kinda got downplayed by the parking fee. We went by shuttle to the city with the 10am shuttle for 1.5 euro per person. And came back with public transport. Route back from the center takes around 50 min with usually 2 bus/trams exchanged. Overall great.

The staff was very helpful and nice and we received 2 bottles of water every day on our room which we appreciated. We didn't include the breakfast but we did have a pizza to eat and some drinks at the American bar (ground floor), both food and drinks were very good. The room had good AC and it was a comfortable bed. If we're going back to Florence in the future we'd strongly consider staying at this hotel again.

Really helpful and friendly staff, any queries or problems handled straight away. Very clean and comfortable beds. Contrary to other reviews, we didn’t find the room to be outdated at all. Bus into centre was great.
